E74 issue now falls under 3-year Warranty

So for those of you unlucky enough to have encountered this new issue, Microsoft has extended the warranty on your Xbox 360 just like they did for anyone who gets a Red Ring of Death. As well as that, if you have already paid for repairs for an E74 error, you will be reimbursed from Microsoft.

Apparently this issue can be a general hardware failure and is associated with the “three flashing red lights error”.

The issue involves an “E74” error message being displayed on screen, you’ll know if you get it.

So if you get this issue, then rest assured, as long as you bought your console less than 3 years ago, you can get it replaced under warranty.
