[Dreamspark] Expression 3

MSOZACADEMIC’s Karo announced earlier today that Dreamspark has been updated with the recently released Expression Studio 3, as well as a download for XNA Game Studio 3.1

Expression Studio 3 comes with:

• Expression Web
• Expression Blend
• Expression Media
• Expression Design

One of the cooler features of the new suite is SketchFlow, a quick and easy prototyping tool that adds interactivity to traditional ‘napkin’ UI prototypes. Combine that with support for Silverlight 3 in Expression Blend, and website creation in Expression Web, and you have a one stop shop for designing and building a rich experience online. The key thing is that all of this is free for use if you are a student, and it’s all on Dreamspark.

Not as big an announcement is that XNA Game Studio 3.1 is now available for download on Dreamspark, although it is no different from the version offered since release on creators.xna.com. Don’t forget there is a free 12-month Creators Club student subscription on Dreamspark as well, so you can develop games on the Xbox 360.
