More Tickets Available
Just a quick note to everyone, there are about 3 more tickets available for the event due to a slight error, so be sure to grab them if you haven’t already.
Also if it is sold out again when you get there, don’t worry, send me an email at michael@mquandt.com or use the contact host button on eventbrite to let me know if you would be interested in attending a repeat later on in the year. I have confirmation from the speaker that he can do another event if enough people are interested, so be sure to let me know.

Hey Michael,
Great presentation! I wish I knew about the website before so I could have entered the ODST competition!
In relation to the UTS student XNA full memberships what is the process I would need to go through to allow UTS C# game programming students to have the oppurtunity?
I look forward to your reply
Greg
Hi Greg,
Thanks! Keep an eye (or RSS reader) on the website and opportunities like that will pop up from time to time as I get them.
Basically any student at UTS can get access to a student membership that allows them to develop their games on the Xbox 360, the only things this does not allow is submission of games for sale on the Indie Games service, or the “Premium” content on the creators club website. (Marked as such)
To get a premium membership, they will need to purchase a subscription, which can be done through the console, and possibly online. If you know of any students who could really benefit from a subscription, let me know who, and what for, and i’ll see if I can help out.
Michael
P.S. Sent this to you via email as well, some more info in there if you are the person I spoke to after the event.
