Microsoft expects Office 2010 and related products to be generally available in June 2010.

You can grab the beta bits (Including the .Net Framework 4.0 beta) from http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010/default.mspx. Office 2010 Screenshots Emerge

Looks like the key thing to notice aside from the dramatic colour change is that Outlook now uses the ribbon in the inbox, bringing that particular part of the Office suite up to date visually.
